Our Educational Organization welcomes you to another educational training program.
The "Adult Educator Training" program has a duration of over 120 hours and covers a wide range of cutting-edge subjects, for those interested in getting to know in depth the context and techniques of adult education, but also for those who wish to prepare for the EOPPEP exams in order to become certified as adult trainers..
The successful completion of the training program leads to receiving a Certificate of Program Attendance.
Target Audience
To those who are interested in being certified as Adult Trainers of Non-Formal Education, since the certificate of attendance of the program gives the right to participate in the EOPPEP educational proficiency certification exams.
For those who want to obtain additional points for their inclusion in the educational staff of post-secondary education and adult education institutions (e.g. IEK, SDE, KDBM).
For those interested in upgrading their teaching skills and enriching them with modern techniques and methods of adult education.
Seminar modules
(based on the professional outline: "Educator of adults of EOPPEP"):
- Theories of adult learning, characteristics of adult learners, conditions for effective learning, principles of adult learning, role of the instructor.
- Methodology of opening meeting, formation of educational space, effective use of supervisory teaching tools.
- Dynamics of the learning group (forming a cooperative learning climate, roles in the group, communication in the group).
- Socially vulnerable groups in Adult Education.
- Teaching unit design methodology.
- Evaluation of teaching work (Models, types, techniques).
- The Andragogical Method and Transformative Learning.
- Presentation of educational methods and teaching techniques in Adult Education (Role play, avalanche, case study, enriched case, etc.
- Learners present twenty-minute micro-tutorials with feedback, candidate improvement and support.
Application for participation can be submitted by:
Graduates of AEIs and TEIs of the country and abroad
Secondary school graduates with relevant work experience
Non-Formal Adult Education Trainers
The prerequisites for students to follow the Program are:
Internet access
Owning a personal e-mail
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to participate in the experiential actions that will take place as Group Counseling Meetings.

όσος και ο εκτιμώμενος χρόνος ολοκλήρωσης. Μέσα στον εκτιμώμενο χρόνο καλείστε να ολοκληρώσετε και όλες σας τις ασκήσεις για να λάβετε το πτυχίο σας. Θα έχετε πρόσβαση σε όλο το υλικό και τις ασκήσεις παραπάνω χρόνο όσο είναι η διάρκεια πρόσβασης.
Μετά την ολοκλήρωση του παρόντος χρονικού διαστήματος κλείνει η πρόσβαση στο εκπαιδευτικό υλικό και στις ασκήσεις.
